LMS has function as a tool that helps to maintain participants’ retention of information related to the training and ensure self-paced learning which can be accessed anywhere and anytime.
With LMS, participants can re-access training materials that have been delivered by the facilitator, including assessments, quizzes or learning videos. This is to give an easy and convenient learning experience to participants.
